The Dirdy Birdy Burger

This is a classic case of a racy burger flown a-fowl: A duck confit burger, scandalously dressed in fried chicken hearts, smothered in fig catsup, and bedded on a creamy spread  of chicken liver pâté. This is certainly one bird you won’t be bringing home to umami and daddy.

  2. without recipes it’s just a tease…. like a playboy calendar without a kleenex, like a twisty road without a motorcycle, like spaghetti and red sauce without basil…. I can keep going! Kudos to the pics though, the best I’ve ever seen!!!

  5. Fig catsup sounds interesting. Is there a recipe for this, or do you buy it at places like Sur La Table and Williams-Sonoma?
